Terms and conditions

Our designs

Our suits are sold unstitched unless the product page says otherwise. Each design is made in limited quantities. We photograph them as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on your screen, and printed or embroidered fabric can vary a little from piece to piece.

Prices and tax

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and shown before tax. 4% GST is added when you pay by Cash on Delivery; no tax is added when you pay by Bank transfer. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order. We can change prices at any time, but never on an order you've already placed.

Orders

When you place an order we email you a confirmation. That confirms we've received it, not that it's accepted. We may cancel an order, and refund anything you've paid, if a design sells out, a price was shown wrongly, or we can't confirm the order with you on the mobile number you gave.

Payment

You can pay by Cash on Delivery or Bank transfer.

• Cash on Delivery: pay the rider the full amount when your order arrives. Please only order if you'll be there to receive and pay for it.
• Bank transfer: pay into the account shown after you order, using your order number as the reference, then upload your receipt on the order page or through Track order. We dispatch once the payment has reached us. If we don't receive it within a few days, we may cancel the order.

Delivery

We deliver within Pakistan by courier. We'll tell you if your order is delayed. Please check the address and mobile number at checkout: we can't be responsible for a parcel delivered to the address you gave, and a parcel returned because nobody could be reached may be cancelled.

Cancelling

You can cancel an order before we dispatch it by emailing support@maiorah.pk with your order number. Once it's on its way it can't be cancelled, but see exchanges below.

Exchanges and refunds

Damaged, faulty or wrong item. Email support@maiorah.pk within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and parcel (an unboxing video helps). Once we've checked it, we'll arrange the pick-up or pay the delivery cost of sending it back, and send you a replacement. If that design has sold out, you can choose another design or a full refund.

Changed your mind. We don't give cash refunds, but you can exchange a design for another one within 7 days of delivery. The fabric must be unused, unwashed and uncut, with all pieces, tags and the original packaging. Email us first to arrange it. You pay the delivery cost of sending it back, and any difference in price; if the new design costs less, we give you the difference as store credit.

• Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed or altered can't be exchanged.
• Designs bought on sale or with a discount code can only be exchanged if damaged, faulty or wrong.
• We check every returned item before sending the exchange, and may decline one that doesn't meet these conditions; we'll send it back to you.

When a refund is due (a sold-out replacement, or an order we cancel after you've paid), we pay it by bank transfer to an account in your name within 7 working days of agreeing it.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Google. Keep access to that email safe, as anyone who can read it can sign in. An account is created the first time you sign in with a new email. We may close accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

Our content

The photos, designs, logo and text on this site belong to Maiorah by EM. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer law. Beyond those, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Privacy and changes

How we handle your details is in our privacy policy. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
